FUJINOW – Advancement of ITSM through Generative AI

On October 22, 2025, at Pullman Hanoi Hotel, Fujinow successfully organized a technology seminar titled “FUJINOW – Advancement of ITSM through Generative AI.”

The event attracted a large number of guests from technology enterprises, banks, insurance companies, and Japanese partners operating in Vietnam.

The seminar was chaired by Mr. Tran Duc Binh – General Director of Fujinow, with the participation of ITSM experts, and guests from the digital transformation and IT infrastructure management sectors.

During his keynote speech, Mr. Tran Duc Binh shared:

“Generative AI not only automates processes but also brings cognitive and analytical capabilities — enabling ITSM systems to become more adaptive, proactive, and optimized than ever before.”

The seminar focused on three main pillars:

1. Applying Generative AI in ITSM operations and process automation, reducing incident resolution time and improving accuracy.
2. Developing AI-powered conversational support systems to deliver more user-friendly and efficient technical assistance.
3. Optimizing data and decision-making through AI, empowering enterprises in risk management and intelligent operations.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the seminar served as a networking platform connecting enterprises, technology experts, and Japanese partners in the fields of IT Service Management (ITSM) and applied AI.

Following the success of the Hanoi event, Fujinow will continue with the second seminar on November 11, 2025, at a Sheraton Saigon hotel, expanding discussions and showcasing real-world applications of Generative AI in IT infrastructure management.

This event is part of Fujinow’s ongoing initiatives to affirm its pioneering role in integrating AI and automation into ITSM systems in Vietnam, moving toward the vision of “Smart Operation, Smart Future.”
