FujiNow provides comprehensive warranty services to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our IT products, including servers, storage systems, personal computers, workstations, laptops, and networking devices. Below is a detailed overview of our warranty offerings.
EXTENDED SERVICE PACKAGES
We provides customizable extended warranty packages with different levels of support, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option. These packages may include:
- On-site support or remote support
- Fast response time and guaranteed resolution time as per contract
- Flexible warranty extensions, beyond the standard warranty period

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
We ensures hardware component replacements within the system's warranty period or any post-warranty service agreement customers have subscribed to. The covered components may include:
- Hard drives (HDD, SSD)
- Flash storage devices
- Non-volatile RAM (NVRAM),...
However, if these components have reached their maximum write limit or wear threshold, they will not be eligible for warranty replacement, and customers will need to cover the replacement cost themselves.
POST-WARRANTY SUPPORT & END-OF-LIFE (EOL/EOSL) SERVICES
After the standard warranty period expires, FujiNow continues to offer hardware maintenance and support services, including:
- Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Repair or component replacement services
- Remote or on-site support based on SLA contracts
These services ensure that systems remain operational even after reaching End of Life (EOL) or End of Service Life (EOSL).
